It's All in the Pantry 

On the cover of this book is a photo of my own pantry. There is where all of my cooking starts. I use this pantry every day.
As a lot of my readers, I love to look at new recipes. It seems that now with the competition of famous chefs and food cooking shows, a lot of recipes today are using ingredients that are not found in what I call a normal kitchen. My pantry is for simple cooking.

Most of these recipes are easy and quick to make. There have been many times that I can come up with a quick meal on the fly because I know how to use these basic ingredients from my pantry.
I hope that everyone who reads this book enjoys its contents and will contact me if they have any questions.
