Cousin Boudreaux Creole Chili Mix

This is our championship chili mix.  It creates a perfect basic chili.  It is delicious if  you follow the directions or you may to add other ingredients such as Chili beans, Rotels, etc.

You can be creative and make enchiladas, nachos,  or good with cheddar cheese over spaghetti.
